The incoming_comms_text mission scripting command sends a block of text to all Comms consoles.

Besides XML attributes, this command also contains a body, which can contain multiple lines of text, being the text to send to all Comms consoles.

As doccumented on the Comm's page, each message type has an associated display color. It would be nice to know what the prioritization scheme is when multiple categories are selected (specific ranking, or is it in list order?). Alert and Enemy appear to supersede the other colors, at any rate.
