Enemy Base Stations
Artemis 2.1.1 added several new Base Stations, including Bases for the enemy. A new mission Scenario was added, "Deep Strike", which reverses roles, with the Artemis attacking a sector full of enemy ships and bases. There is also a Scenario called "Border War", which includes bases from both sides.
Each enemy race has its own Base Station, with abilities consistent with that race. As with USFP Bases, they are large stationary starbases, which act as fortresses for the defense of their territory. Enemy bases do not appear to be able to repair or resupply their allied forces, but they all have powerful offensive weaponry, and defensive shields. Each base appears to be equal in their chance of being selected for a mission. (In fact, missions may select one of each type)

Notes:
- Like USFP bases, enemy base stations have only 1 hull point. Any hit after the shields are down will destroy the station.
- Comms can contact enemy bases, but all they can do is ask them to surrender, and the enemy base will refuse.
- Prior to Artemis 2.3, enemy bases would complain if hit by a Nuke, as if they were a friendly base. Now they will only complain if hit by an EMP.
